Waitlist Terms

Draft, pending legal review. These terms cover the SKYLIN waitlist and referral program. App terms will be published before launch.

Joining

Joining is free. One entry per person. You must confirm your email for your place and referrals to count.

Founding 5,000

The first 5,000 people to confirm their email become Founding Members, numbered in order of confirmation. Founding benefits are listed on the homepage. They depend on features available at launch, are non-transferable and have no cash value. Founding status does not include lifetime free Premium.

Referrals and ranking

A referral counts when someone joins through your link and confirms their email, and you have confirmed yours. Rank uses an effective score of signup order ÷ (1 + 0.35 × verified referrals); lower is better and ties go to whoever joined first. Referrals are checked automatically. Referrals that look automated, duplicated or self-made may be held for review or not counted, and entries that abuse the program may be removed.

Weekly race

Each week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, US Eastern) members are ordered by referrals verified that week. Perks are badges and launch-access status only, with no cash value and no purchase required. Referrals held for review don’t count until approved. We may change or end the race with notice on this page.
